This tender presents substantial opportunities for organisations with expertise in designing and installing fuel infrastructure, supplying fuel products, and managing fuel operations. 

The open procedure is split into three active lots, each with a contract period of approximately 10 years. Tenders may be submitted for all lots, and any combination of lots may be combined:

Lot 1: Fuel Infrastructure

Design, construction and installation of fuel tanks and supporting infrastructure including but not limited to:

• Piping inside service trench and at bunker spur(s).
• Loading arm(s).
• Loading line(s).
• Site welfare facilities.

Lot 2: Fuel Product Supply

Fuel Product Supply for vessel fleets operating at Port of Aberdeen.

Lot 3: Fuel Services - Operation and Maintenance

Operation and maintenance of vessel fuel operation. Including but not limited to:

• Inspection, testing and maintenance,
• Fuel import methodology,
• Operation of plant, including quayside operational support and fuels stevedoring/handling.
