Port of Aberdeen is collaborating with our port operator partners, the two local authorities and industry representatives to take forward the Green Freeports bid proposal.
We are delighted to be part of the The Aberdeen City & Peterhead Freeport Consortium which will be bidding for Green Freeports designation.
We are collaborating with our port operator partners, Peterhead Port Authority and Aberdeen International Airport, Aberdeen City Council and Aberdeenshire Council, and industry representatives, including Opportunity North East and ETZ Limited, to take forward the bid proposal.
Aberdeen City and Peterhead has an exciting and unique offering in Scotland which will increase economic activity, job creation, innovation, inward trade and investment along with delivering on Scotland’s net zero ambitions and embedding fair work practices.
